Vanilla tincture-40% Indonesia

Our very strong vanilla tincture, has been maturing since June 2022, this is the starting material for resinoid of vanilla, meaning that soon we should have the resinoid ready from the same tincture, but it is reducing at the time being.

This specific batch was tinctured with the skins because of their nice leathery top notes that add a great depth to the natural vanillin sweetness.

This tincture is so powerful you actually have to dilute it in order to not completely overtake the composition. The good thing about vanilla tinctures over their absolute is the stubbornness of the absolute to dissolve in many media including alcohol, therefore it is much easier to work with this material or the CO2 of vanilla rather than the absolute.
